What we collect and why

We only collect the data the official ETIAS form requires (identity, passport, address, contact, education and work, answers to the security questions) and the contact details for the order. We use it only to submit your application in the official EU system and to keep you informed about its status. Legal basis: our contract with you and your consent.

Security

Data is stored encrypted (AES-256). Only the staff who prepare applications have access, and every access is logged. Partner agencies never see the full data.

How long we keep it

Application data is deleted 30 days after the EU's decision. If you choose a renewal reminder, we keep only your name, contact details and the expiry date, until renewal or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to complain to Albania's Information and Data Protection Commissioner. Data stored in the EU's ETIAS system is managed by the EU under its own rules.
