1. Udhëto Lehtë (Magnia Studio) is a private commercial intermediary and is not affiliated with the EU. You can apply yourself on the official website and pay only the official fee.
2. The price is made up of the official EU fee (zero for those exempt) and our service fee per traveller. The exact amount, with both parts shown separately, appears on your application page before any payment.
3. We only submit the application after payment and with your signed authorisation. Only the EU authority makes the decision; we do not guarantee approval.
4. You are responsible for the truth of the information. We do not change your answers.
5. Refunds: if the application has not been submitted yet, we refund the full amount. After submission, the official fee is not refunded by the EU.
