Europe is still visa-free. But now you need a permit before you go.
ETIAS is the new electronic authorisation Albanian citizens need to travel to 30 European countries. We fill it in with you, check it and submit it — you just think about the trip.
The EU system is not open yet. The start date will be announced a few months ahead.
01 — The basics
What ETIAS is, short and clear.
It's not a visa. It's an electronic permit you apply for online — no interview, no fingerprints. It's linked to your passport and checked at the border together with it.
If you hold a valid residence permit or visa for an EU country, you usually do not need ETIAS.

When does ETIAS start?
The EU hasn't announced the date yet. It has promised to do so a few months in advance, and there will be a transition period after launch. Leave your email and we'll let you know.
How much does the service cost?
The price depends on how many people are travelling and their ages (children and older travellers are exempt from the EU fee). Once you fill in the application, we show you the exact amount before any payment — with no obligation. You can also ask us directly or at a partner agency.
Do I need ETIAS if I have an EU residence permit?
Usually not. With a valid residence permit or visa for an EU country you don't need ETIAS. Ask us about your case.
Is it legal for you to apply on my behalf?
Yes. The EU regulation allows an application to be submitted by an intermediary authorised by the traveller. You sign a declaration of representation and we are listed as the intermediary on the application.
What happens to my data?
It's stored encrypted and used only for your application. We delete it after the decision, unless you ask us to remind you about renewal. Read our privacy policy.
What if I am refused?
You have the right to appeal to the country that made the decision. We explain the steps and deadlines.
Can I pay at an agency?
Yes. Partner agencies accept cash and can help you fill in the application at their office.
